Using Banking Software

We have always used our Bank software for processing our payments, we would key them into their platform and send them for processing, and at 35p per item I thought it was good value. Now we have more payments and more often, we were offered an upload facility into the Banking software, but no reduction of that 35p per item. After speaking with Employer Services we signed up to their justBACS service, we create and authorise our payment files, we then drop the file from our accounts package. That’s it, payments are made. They charge us a monthly fee.
