During my research I found out that our payroll department had a different piece of software for sending files to Bacs. When I looked throughout the business I found that this model was replicated in all of our subsidiaries, which meant multiple suppliers, multiple annual support contracts and licenses, which all resulted in a large annual operating cost for Bacs submissions.

Employer Services made the whole process really simple to understand, our Accounting Software is designed to manage, process and authorise payments, everyone has their own log in and everything is secure. Once the files are ‘good to go’ we just need to send them to Bacs. The justBACS service is a software-free / in the cloud service that simply moves the file securely from us to Bacs. We now only have one partner for ALL our Bacs submissions, Employer Services.
