HMRC accreditation
The HMRC carry out extensive tests on our payroll systems to make sure that all the calculation routines are accurate on esPAY. That includes, amongst others, PAYE, National Insurance, Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). The Payroll Standard must be renewed every year to maintain the accreditation for changes to payroll legislation. It’s your guarantee that the payslips produced from Employer Services are accurate every time. It’s so important, we don’t think you should be considering a payroll supplier without it.
Bacs Approved Bureau
Bacs provide the structure for payments to be transferred from an employer’s bank account to the employee’s. Employer Services are a bacs approved bureau and have maintained the accreditation for the history of the company. We can make payment transfers on behalf of an employer, with their approval. We can also pay third parties on an employer’s behalf, like HMRC, pension providers and and the Child Support Agency (CSA).
It all adds up to taking the hassle out of your payroll.
To achieve Bacs Approved Bureau status Employer Services undergo a stringent inspection of security & reviews covering risk assessment and management in five categories. Our current inspection awards us ‘excellent’ ratings in all categories.

Payroll Giving Gold Award
The Employer Services team are a pretty charitable bunch. The Payroll Giving Gold Award goes to employers that achieve a high degree of employee participation in Payroll Giving + employer support.
This year we are raising funds for Royal Marsden Cancer Charity with fun events like a bake-a-thon, a half marathon run, colour-themed dress days and emptying out our loose change into collecting tins in the office. We hope to make it our best year ever.

We enjoy supporting Operation Christmas Child each year too. Our team donate a lovely heap of wrapped shoeboxes stuffed with goodies, sweets and toys. These are distributed to bring joy into the lives of underprivileged children in some of the toughest parts of the world.
